Ich habe einen (algerischen) Muttersprachlicher angefragt, der von drei Fehlern berichtet und das Folgende schreibt:
The tattoo has a couple of spelling mistakes. Here's the transliteration and the meaning:

end (?) [The word is certainly misspelt, it should be as I spelt it and should mean "you will end" according to the context, in my opinion]

bring you back to [second spelling mistake in the second word (left word) of line 7]
أصلك و
your origin and
المكان
the place

which (i.e. where)
ولدت فيه
You were born (in) [Third spelling mistake. The context suggests the word "where you were born" - wulidta fih).
