-> lautet die übersetzung: Alle Völker, die durch Gesetz und Sitten geleitet werden, gebrauchen teils ihr eigenes, teils das gemeinsame Recht aller Menschen.
"utuntur" steht doch im passiv, wieso lautet die übersetzung dann "gebrauchen" und nicht "werden gebraucht" ?
