wenn ich es richtig sehe, dann ist das jetzt das 5. Mal, dass mich mit deiner Weihnachtspost in die USA beschäftige!

So viel Treue, auf allen Seiten - das ist doch eine schöne Einstimmung auf die Feiertage!

Hier also mein Vorschlag:

Dear A. family,

I hope my Christmas greetings will reach you in good health.

As far as I’m concerned I have to suffer from a little complaint from time to time.

And I need more time to get things done, but on the whole I’m satisfied with my situation.

A. married this year in March and got twins in July – a girl and a boy.

Now I am glad to have 3 great-grandchildren and I enjoy every visit from their side.

I wish you all the best, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
